ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES – 326 POSTS
Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF).

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Educational Qualification (as on 01.09.2026)
- Accounts Executive : Graduate in B.Com
- Secretarial Assistant : Graduate in any stream with typing knowledge
- Recruitment Executive (HR) : Graduate in any stream
- Diploma (Chemical/Civil/Computer/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical) : Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
- Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) : 12th Pass (Science) with Minimum 50% marks with ITI in relevant trade
- Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) : ITI in relevant trade
- Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) : B.Sc. with Chemistry
- Boiler Attendant : ITI (Fitter)
- Electrician : ITI (Electrician)
- Horticulture Assistant : 12th Pass with Diploma/Certificate in Horticulture
- Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology) : 12th Pass with DMLT
4. DURATION & STIPEND
- Training Duration : 12 to 24 Months (Depending on the category/trade)
- Stipend :
Graduate Apprentice: ₹ 17,300/- per month
Technician Apprentice: ₹ 16,100/- per month
Trade Apprentice: ₹ 14,600/- per month

3. AGE LIMIT (as on 01.09.2026)
- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 25 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.
6. SELECTION PROCESS

- Selection will be purely on merit basis as per the criteria prescribed.
- No written test / interview will be conducted.
7. HOW TO APPLY
- Candidates must apply online through NATS/NAPS portal:
https://nats.education.gov.in or https://naps.gov.in - Candidates should first register on the portal and then apply for RCF Apprentice opportunities.
- Ensure that all details are correctly filled in the online application form.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
8. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Candidates must ensure their eligibility before applying.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Only one application should be submitted by a candidate.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
- RCF reserves the right to cancel / modify / restrict / increase / decrease the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
- All updates/notifications will be available on RCF website only.
